The Cottages

The cottages have been graded by the Wales Tourist Board to the highest 4 & 5 Star grading.

They are grouped around a landscaped courtyard surrounded by woods and meadows overlooking the beautiful Teifi valley.

All cottages have the following included:

	A 'Welcome basket' including bread, milk, tea, coffee and other local produce.
	Arran Aromatic toiletries
	Purified water from our mountain spring.
	Dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven/hob, liquidiser, toaster, kettle, and a full range of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
	Washer/drier (NB. Red Kite & Woodpecker Cottages have a shared washer/drier facility in a separate building)
	Widescreen LCD digital TV, DVD and CD player. A selection of DVDs is also available to watch, in each cottage.
	Broadband internet access in all cottages,free of charge -Wifi in Coedmor/Little Wood, cable or Wifi in Woodpecker and Red Kite
	Wood burning stove and full central heating. Central heating is free, except if required during summer or outside normal heating periods in spring, autumn and winter. The first basket of logs is always free.
	Soft towels and quality bed linen
	Garden or terrace with garden furniture and barbeque.
	Games Barn with pool table & table tennis. Books & board games to borrow.
	Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request, in Little Wood / Coedmor Cottage, at no extra charge. (NB. Cot bedding is not included)
	No pets allowed in Red Kite or Woodpecker Cottage One small pet (dog/cat/rabbit) allowed in Little Wood/Coedmor Cottage (£25.00 per week or part week)
	Access to meadows with badminton net,swingball, children's swings and picnic tables. Games barn with pool table & table tennis.
	Slope and landing area suitable for flying kites and thermal or slope soaring radio control model gliders.
