and farmhouse table for family meals.

living rooms, first floor master bedroom, twin bedroom
and even the bathroom, all have wonderful views. Enjoy
panoramic views of the valley whilst sitting in bed
with a morning cuppa, or watch a fantastic summer
sunset as you soak in the corner bath!

games room on the ground floor has it's own shower
room & direct access to the gardens.
The
cottage is equipped with oil fired central heating
& logburner.
Front
& side terraces have breathtaking panoramic views
over the Teifi valley.
There
is direct access to 3 acres of meadows where there
is a badminton net, swing ball games, picnic tables
and childrens swings. A great place for kite flying
too !
The
Games Barn has a pool table & table tennis,
also
One
well behaved dog is allowed in this cottage (£25.00
per week or part week)
